I’m Ayoub Bni-Bourk, an Automation & Instrumentation Technician. I build and maintain DCS (Yokogawa CENTUM VP, Emerson DeltaV) and PLC systems (Siemens, Schneider, Opto 22) for process plants. Day to day, I tune loops, clean up interlocks, design operator-friendly graphics/faceplates, and support commissioning so production starts smooth and stays stable.
My approach is practical: clean logic and naming, clear cause-and-effect, and documentation that helps the next person—P&IDs, I/O lists, alarm rationalization notes, FAT/SAT checklists, and handover packs. On the comms side I work with Profinet, Profibus, Modbus/TCP, and IO-Link, and I’m comfortable troubleshooting networks and devices on site.
Recently I’ve been with OCP Maintenance Solutions on CENTUM VP & DeltaV operations and troubleshooting. Earlier, at Actemium (VINCI Energies), I contributed in the design office (AutoCAD Electrical, Navisworks, Excel/VBScript instrument sheets). At SSE MENA, I helped program and commission Siemens S7-1500/ET200 with WinCC for a CaF₂ production line. I’m a WorldSkills Mechatronics Bronze medalist (2024), and I work easily across teams in Arabic, Amazigh, French, and English.
